Cancellation Policy
Overview
Pebble & Tide Counselling aims to provide a fair, transparent, and respectful approach to cancellations and refunds. Appointments are held specifically for you, and notice periods allow other clients the opportunity to access available times. This policy applies to all counselling and English tutoring services offered by Pebble & Tide Counselling.
Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

If you need to reschedule, please do so through your Halaxy client portal, or by contacting hello@pebbleandtide.com.au.

Exceptions may be considered in emergencies or extenuating circumstances at the discretion of Pebble & Tide Counselling.
Technical Issues
If a session cannot proceed due to technical difficulties, such as internet or platform interruptions, Pebble & Tide will:

Attempt to reconnect and continue the session where possible.

Offer a rescheduled session at no extra cost if the issue cannot be resolved.
Counsellor Cancellations
If Pebble & Tide Counselling needs to cancel or reschedule your session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances:

You will be offered an alternative appointment time as soon as possible, or

A full refund will be issued if rescheduling is not suitable.
Non-Refundable Items

Prepaid packages, promotional discounts, or special offers are non-refundable once commenced.

Services already delivered cannot be refunded.
